Cancellation Fees:

a. If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, there will be no cancellation fee.

b. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee equal to one day’s rental fee will be charged.

c. If you fail to cancel your reservation and do not pick up the car on the scheduled pickup date and time, a “no-show” fee equal to the full rental amount will be charged.

Cancellation Methods:

a. You can cancel your reservation by calling our customer service team or by accessing your reservation through our website.

b. If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Refunds:

a. If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time and have already paid for the rental, you will receive a full refund.

b. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

c. If you fail to cancel your reservation and do not pick up the car on the scheduled pickup date and time, no refund will be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances:

a. In the event of exceptional circumstances such as a natural disaster or severe weather, we will waive cancellation fees and issue full refunds.
